Different region have different options. And the 500 thing is only for the US/north America. Every other market also got the "limited" colors that aren't apart of the 500.

Seibon wing get it painted. Something like the varis wing or vortex wing leave. Reason being seibon piece is smooth and there's no break in "texture" whereas the other two have end plates, metal stands etc to give it some balance.

2020 with HKS sounds amazing to me.

You're not wrong. That's why I don't want to pay full price lol. I dont know why they didn't do a full cap. But the BMW OEM cap looks more complicated to fabricate than normal Toyota ones.
