AA making less power compared to CG Precision?
5" inlet is bigger, but it does eventually taper down to 4.5" outlet (CG) vs AA which is 4.5" all the way inlet to outlet
Yet to see any power increase supported evidence (4.5" vs 5" inlet) IMO both are one of the best out there
As per Speedindustry 5-10 peak hp difference between catted and catless
Been running AA catted since December on a stock tune and no CEL
Tried it with a BM3 stage 2 for a month no CEL too
I don't think 500whp with a Pure on pump gas is pushing it.. Most are running 600whp+ so it should be reliable if tuned right
Well worth the extra 150whp over stock ;) Lets you slot into high performance car territory too
Car will need extra care off course
Just a heads up
My order has now taken 27 days and did not ship
They are facing large order volumes and having issues completing orders in time so expect delays
Pure800, Down pipe, Meth and E40 will get you to 600+WHP easily. It also retains the factory waste gates and is direct OEM turbo replacement.
I actually ordered one and waiting for it to arrive, my goal is a very conservative 500whp on pump gas
PS: Adamlz switched from Boostlogic back to a...
High gear low RPM vibrations?
If so, its happening to most tuned cars. I experienced that with a BM3 tune alongside an AA catted DP and an Akrapovic exhaust.
Running stock tune now and zero vibrations
I see what you mean in the silicone reducer coupler. I have a Forge and yes it does taper down in diameter
Injen looks 2.75 all the way
Will this give an edge in performance? I personally doubt it. I think of charge pipes as supporting mods and nothing more. I have yet to see any datalog...
Switching from BM3 to Ecutek
Just ordered the programming kit and license
Pure turbo on the way and after research decided it was worth the investment
Will see how this one goes
