Got home from work and this is the first time the car does this noise? Its been turned off for about 15 min now and it hasnt stopped? tried locating it but not sure whats producing or causing this noise?

Has anyone had any experience with this and what exactly was the fix or problem my car is daily driven minimum 20-35 miles a day

It does not require to be drilled! Sticks on real good with 3M tape. I never head issues with it unsticking, was very easy to remove after and did not leave any damage to the paint!

If I striped a bit of wire to splice should I use that striped part or should I just electrical tape that and use another section of it?

I am not the best with electrical work, someone care to explain how to use these? im trying to tap into daytime running lights and a ground wire to setup my illumo rgb lights. theres 2 of them so im assuming one for each headlight?
