If you got air in the ABS pump you may need to cycle it to get the air out. Not sure if that requires ISTA or not.

It will create a soft code but won’t trip a CEL. You can buy a canceller from BMW if you don’t want the code. It’s like $20 I think. I have one on my car and it works.

I got about 18k miles on mine before I replaced them. I should've done it sooner as they had very little traction at the end and became unpredictable. I replaced them with PS4S and haven't looked back.
