It definitely is and you don’t have to buy it at the time of sale or from the selling dealer. You can contact other dealers and find their pricing. I had my dealer price-match a dealer in Texas.
I went to the dealer to get some info. I got the part numbers for the wheels however they are currently unable to order them. They weren’t sure when they would become available either.
Part numbers:
42611-WAA11
42611-WAA12
I am hoping to find some part numbers for them so I can order a set. Some good Black Friday deals coming up and I’d like to get them on sale if possible.
Buy a new valve cover from Toyota and have an Indy shop you trust do the work if you don’t trust the dealer to do it. The idea of driving around with a JB welded valve cover is inconceivable to me.
Normal. I’ve seen a bit of condensation in the corners before. The headlights aren’t sealed so this can happen. They only need replaced if you see excessive amounts in there.
Lol no. If you plan to do all your service at the dealer prepare to empty your wallet. My last service (20k service) that was covered under ToyotaCare would've cost $196 for an oil change and a cabin air filter. IMO that's in-line with BMW pricing. Nothing about this car will be cheap at the...
Mine has been hit and miss with this at around a 50/50 rate. Sometimes it will start up with CarPlay audio, other times it stays on SiriusXM like it was when I last drove it. Luckily it's easy to switch. I just hit the mode button on the steering wheel.
It probably got damaged in a small way and then through expansion or heating it finally let go. Sorry to hear that. I had this happen on a rental Altima. Windshields are pretty minor though. The oil consumption should be the bigger of your worries.
