Yes I think so, mine is the same as yours, it appears the Aussie are the same I want to try to find out if it can be reprogrammed via BM3 to be the same as the US spec otherwise no point getting a Valved exhaust like a Boost logic if we can't close the valves to make it quieter ????

Mine is the same as the Aussie one I have BM3 stage 2 tune, the flap still operates exactly the same as Marks one. IIRC the part number on the muffler is different to the USA one. I'm concerned that if I get a valved exhaust like the Boost Logic one from the States it won't operate correctly...

It will be interesting to see how the 2.0 goes The V6 super charged Monaro (GTO) 2002-06 didn't fair so well compared to the standard LS V8 ones. It looked the same but was lighter, cheaper, slower, quieter & resale value certainly reflected that
