Did you guys check the Supra app for how much fuel/range you have left? Did it match the cars fuel gauge/range?
One of the last updates a few weeks ago kinda messed up the range. I'd have like 5 gallons and the range on the app would say 70 miles, while the range on the car would be much higher...
Got strapped to a dyno?
Do yourself a quick favor and check the rear ride height sensor. The bracket is plastic and breaks on lowered cars or when strapped to a trailer or dyno and sometimes it just gets moved out of position. Plenty of threads regarding this.

The diamond black is more like a gun metal color, but it looks more like a lighter grey sometimes because of the reflection from the lip.
If you let it get a little dirty with some brake dusts it looks a little darker lol

Go with coilovers, you can adjust ride height so if you feel you’re too low you can raise up a bit.
Then you can get wheels and adjust your coilovers to your liking with your wheel and tire set up.
I say go coilovers first and make adjustments from there.
i had springs and hated the bouncy floaty feel on the freeway and some bumpy roads, jumped to KW DDC coilovers and was very happy with the ride quality.
