I thought about registering my Supra but since it's all stock, I figured Longo would already have a few there. I'm just going to show up......and I won't have to wash my car LOL
If you ask someone to "make an offer" for your car, you can't get mad at them for making an offer that's lower than your ideal number. Maybe you should list your asking price so people won't insult you?
If I list my Supra on here for sale and "make offer", I will probably see $30,000 offers
Comparing Corvette volume to Supra volume isn't the same. It has to make business sense to Toyota when the volume is low, the game is different than Corvette, Camaro comparison.
The car is probably meeting sales goals and they won't need to offer the manual just yet. A step up process to help sales along in the future. If the 4cyl comes to US market, the manual won't be too far behind.
Toyotacare with this car can be scary. Nobody seems to know what's going on for service needs. Parts have little clue, service have little clue. We're doomed if we need service this year
I plan to print out a picture of the correct oil (USE THIS OIL) and leave it on my dash when I bring my...
This from another member that had their problem fixed, this was his problem
I had TERRIBLE speaker rattle. My dealer addressed two issues:
Removed carpeting around speaker and found loose piece of plastic that had nothing to do with the car. This part was removed.
Added more insulation around...
I certainly hope they will use your car as an example to fixing the problem. There are many cars with this problem and I don't believe they can issue a TSB on fixing this issue yet. They still don't know what's causing it.
The problem is the insulation seems to be inadequate, just because it came out of the factory that way, doesn't mean it can't be addressed to get fixed right?
This is different as some techs will try and solve the problem and then there are techs that do the comparison with new vehicles...
I brought my car in to address this exact problem, they reported tested my car with 3 other new ones on the lot and confirmed the rattle is by design and there's nothing wrong with it.
Great eh?
I know there are discussions about oil changes all over the internet, but I'm curious why you need to change the oil out so early? Contaminants in the oil? Doesn't the oil filter catch stuff like that?
