The locking of "tunable" ecu's has nothing to do with Toyota trying to stop all tunes. Is it an unfortunate side effect of the recall work, YES it is, but Toyota is not out there trying to lock all ECU's. Even if 2020 ECU's were locked again due to the update, they can easily be bench unlocked...

Should just be the DP. if it comes with the gasket already good, but if not, you're supposed to re-use the gasket off of your stock DP.

I have the full CTS with CTS lower intake pipe and it is quite loud as well. lots of "whine and whoosh"

The price you are paying just for warranty makes no sense when you can probably buy other body kits 4 times over if they ever get damaged especially since the warranty probably only covers defects and not any received damage while driving. But it’s not my money and just my opinion. Carry on
