They just replied and gave me a partial refund so I can get it fixed myself.

Mine had a 2” dull spot where the clear is gone. Not happy. They offered a partial refund for me to get it fixed myself or sending me another one. Haven't heard back from them since the first correspondence Did they give you a timeline for the replacement?

yes, I removed it but reinstalled it afterward. Not sure I could have removed the stock or installed the new exhaust without doing so. I'm sure it does add something.
