Hey mate, it went really well. I sold the 8AT privately (encouraged by the dealer to do so) and am now just waiting for the 6MT. That said, I'm in Australia, where price mark-ups above RRP on brand new cars is illegal, and my dealer has been awesome to deal with so far.
