Yes huge difference over stock, especially once paired with an aftermarket catback exhaust. The V2 and V3 sound pretty similar since the CEL count is similar too. -Josh

Start/stop doesn't get effected. Valves will be useless since the AWE touring doesn't retain it. You'll keep other sport mode functions though. -Josh
