From what I gathered on the Toyota website it is transferable if the car is 2 years or less old and has less than 25,000mi. So transferable but not really.

KBB has gotten way more accurate in the last 5 or so years. Back in the day kbb was useless. Last three cars I’ve traded in we’re at carmax and each time they bested kbb trade in values.

Just purchased a tunable 2021. vin ending in 035295. This supra had a dealer order date of 3/20 on the window sticker, 6/20 build date on the door and an ECU with date code 3/12/20.
