I did and they got even worse, especially under braking. The front started skittering around even more under lateral load as well.
The fact they completely changed after one “fast” lap makes me think they are a cheap under developed tire with a very vocal marketing person (Dallas) over...
With the hype that Dallas and others have been creating on the Vitour FB group I half expected these to drop my lap times by 10 secs and last for two years. Neither of which came true, in fact they reminded me more of v730's (but with a bit more pace) that are about $700 less.
The one thing I...
It goes off Nm that is being reported to the DME and can then be scaled however you want in the tuning software.
Reported Nm can also be manipulated depending on how you have torque tables set in the DME.
I tried to make mine pretty accurate although I think it's still off a bit. It hits 640+...
Tried out the Vitour P1's last week on track that have a bunch of hype surrounding them.

Two days at Lime Rock Park. 1st session was cool, about low 50F ambient and holy crap are these things hockey pucks when not scrubbed in and zero heat in them. I've actually never...
Vitour P1 tires are kinda meh in my book. They were fast for one lap in one session then dropped down to be more like v730 pace for the rest of the day and the second day. I'll be going back to Bridgestone RE71R's.
Enjoy this video of me trying not to crash into the back of a Rush SR that...
Make sure you are logging these:
(RAM) Turbine Power (Base)
(RAM) Turbine Power (Actual)
(RAM) Boost Setpoint
(RAM) Turbine MAF Target (After Corr.)
You probably need to reduce the values in your Compressor Map With Required Compressor / Turbine Output table at the area slightly before the part...
No Mani-cooler cools below ambient, or even remotely close to ambient, unless it has an ice box attachment, which we aren’t talking about here.
I think you are talking about a heat exchanger while we are talking about a mani-cooler. Neither of which will cool below ambient, so not sure where...
It's less about the ambient temp delta and more about the heat shedding ability of the mani-cooler and/or meth/water spray.
Charge temp before throttle - IAT = heat shedding.
Of course, if you are using meth/water spray as well, you need to inject it after the charge pipe temp sensor in order...
