Thanks for the info TimM....
I think my next time out in April I'll try for around the 40 psi mark...
My tires look similar to your pics maybe a little more wear on the outer edge(on the driverside)..
Definitely needs more front camber but I have no plans on adding any aftermarket parts to add...
^^^absolutely right...
In south Carolina they can ticket on visual...
BUT....why draw attention to yourself by downshifting in front of him?... obviously you were in higher rpm range so even on stock exhaust you're gonna bang n pop...
Makes zero sense to me...
Well I should have left good enough alone and kept the stock exhaust on...haha...
Hopefully I can it it figured out...
Btw...first world problems....Hahaha

@puzzled
Yeah... but I actually bought this exhaust because it had black tips...
Everything about my car is black so in my eye silver of any color just doesn't look right...
I may just find some black slip on tips and tear the Borla tips off...
Gonna wait and see if Borla customer service...
Hey guys....
So I installed a Borla exhaust on the Supra about 500 miles ago..
About 300 of those at the race track (road coarse)...
I was cleaning the car up today and noticed the carbon fiber tips on the exhaust are brown....it looks burnt...even the Borla logo which is white and red is...
@David232...
You have to use something like a credit card n rug and work each letter by rubbing on them..
Then slowly peel the top film n if letter starts coming up press it back down..

Soooo...just finished my first track day with the supra...what a blast...car is very capable in stock for..
The stock Michelins held up better then I thought they would...
Ran the car for 4-5hrs on track...
Seems 38psi hot was the sweet spot for me...
Still alot of rollover....alot of wear on...
I'll get better pics tomorrow at the track...
They really do look pretty cool...adds a little something to under the bonnet without being over the top...
