Red option is available in basically every market but US. I have red seats I'm in canada. And you can order the parts for red seats.

Pretty sure Toyota Canada out right cut this color for Canada. Didnt want to deal with warranty claims and inconveniences when half the year majority of the country is covered in snow and salt which would be a pain to deal with for one matte color.
