man...I know it sucks losing your car, but you'll come out better in the end if insurance does it's thing. Also, not likely, but if they sort out your case in record time, you might even be able to get a new 2020 to replace it with 0% interest.
Oh man...that sucks. I would personally hope that it gets totaled. I wouldn't be ok with driving a car that has gone through that. I've seen cars with less damage on the salvage thread. That rear quarter panel!!!

I'm with Tsar. No one here wants a markup, but I think everyone here is calling BS on the GM's reason for dropping the markup.
The only defense I see is you defending what you posted as right because a GM told you that is what happened.
$5k is just the start...they will probably mark it up more when it comes in if that is how they are playing up the "limitedness" of the car
