In my opinion, Kumho V730's would make a fantastic intermediate track tire. They are a price bargain (Like half the price of RE71RS), are very talkative and they are just fine with sliding around. Really good tire to learn what the chassis is doing.
Just don't drive in the rain. ;)
Honestly...
At this point I don't think Rev2 will ever come out. Notice how they have been SUPER quiet since they announced it a year ago, and super quiet after promising it being out in November 2024 and... well... we know how that worked out.
I can't even log a lot of important items currently with BM3...
You can actually get it from OBD but I do not know the addy. I think you have to have an ethernet type logging device like BM3. I can log it through the OBD port with BM3 logger.
I've been meaning to sniff all that stuff but I have been too lazy.
Yea I had the CVN spoofing on my Evo 10 but I had moved out of California before it was to be inspected again.
I lived in California for 35 years. Every car I owned was catless. I would just swap it with OEM cat when the inspection time came. I am glad I left before having to deal with the CVN...
Got it. Probably keeps CVN intact. If not, you might also get reffed in the mail. I've had friends that have had that happen to months after a "passing" smog test.
Does it? Are you sure? I thought the OBD2 connection was just for logging? I would hope so since their sample rate is atrocious. I wouldn't depend on anything with that rate.
That is exactly why I pointed it out? That little open window sucks in hot air. Why are you arguing with me on that since you just pointed out I am correct?
