Thats great, good for you. Obviously you haven't. A70 has told us the Supra was 10 second faster than the Z4 around the tracks. Not to mention that Moto has said it has already beat the 911.
While I do like the A80 what was so special? It wasn't bespoke; it used a modified SC/Soarer...
Honda had a great concept for a NSX replacement. The idea and styling were much closer to the original vs that hideous R8 knock off with the stupid bird beak. To bad they never followed through.

Yup, and or more power aswell. The TTs almost out sold the NAs two to one.

I think you are on point about the NSX. Honda stray to far from the original car that everyone loved so much. The 2.0 version is ugly, overweight, bloated, and to expensive. The original made me think of a Ferrari, the reboot looks like a R8 with a bird beak on it. I have said this before, but...
Neither is true. You really need to read the development stories and interviews. This joint project resulted in a new co-developed platform to meet the needs of both BMW and Toyota. It wasn't like the Z4 was already in development and BMW asked Toyota if they wanted a reskin coupe version. If...
So Moto thinks the 4 cyl is coming to the US. I still think the I6 will be the more popular choice. Looking at the A80 the turbos almost outsold the NAs 2 to 1. I think the majority of buyers for the B48 will be a hand full of 86 owners, women, and people looking to do 2JZ swaps.
Most likely very expensive lol. If it weren't for BMW they would have probably just shoved in a V6 and built it on the N platform. At least that's what it sound like from the FT-HS' press release.

You guys already know how I feel about a 4 cyl Supra, but idk if I buy the argument that it will be a stepping stone for 86 owners. Assuming they price it at $50k; that is like double the price of the 86. It would be much cheaper and practical to just turbo charge the 86. This is just my opinion...
