New prototype color. Kind of resembles forged carbon. What do you guys think?

Gloss black hood vents are in production for those who prefer that over the OEM flat black.

Here is the photo again of the hood vents. As you can see it shows no paint underneath.

1. The honeycomb style design hides the paint underneath a lot better than the carbon fiber alternatives that use the mesh design like in the photo you posted. If you look at the earlier posts in this thread I uploaded a close up photo how it looks like. So you don't have to paint it underneath...

The material is PP (PP+EPDM-TV20). They are not printed but they are actually made with injection molding. Then they get painted.

I agree! It’s a small detail but it actually makes a big difference in person

Fender vents definitely help at the track to release pressure from the wheels

i don’t have the equipment to do that, it’s for sure better than factory You can also make the hole larger to increase functionality but the main purpose of this is appearance.

after a harder driving I can feel the hot air coming out through the vents

There is actually a hole that directly connects to the engine bay so some heat will be able to escape. As far as the water it’s also supposed to drain so it’s not stuck there.

I replaced the fake hood vents with these honeycomb design. I think they look great, I prefer the factory black trim over the carbon fiber versions.
