Ahh the whistle noise. Brings back memories... You may be surprised of how a little gap may be causing this and judging by your explanation it sounds as though the rubber/plastic shrunk enough to open the gap between flaps and housing or small misalignment. That's my theory anyhow... Vehicle...

well, 2021+ engine is more common. yes, currently tuning 21+ is rather expensive, but B58B30O1 will surely get more continued support as it's used across more BMW platforms, if you care for that... same for aftermarket parts... Also, will you sell it, how much do you care about depreciation...

All those are things you can do yourself or at a detailer with better quality... Extended Warranty, I had bought. I'm happy to admit it was a mistake. Granted I was scared of previous BMW reliability issues... You can always get extended before your normal warranty runs out, even then I think...

Safelite took care of mine. I requested OEM Pilkington glass. They did the calibration as well... They come to your door...
