I've highlighted few portions, bottom being the dirtiest for me as all water/etc. gets drained thru there, yet still no sign of grease on my end..

I don't think it's due to alignment. Also, they for sure don't need a "new" radar.
It's more like you've lowered your vehicle and rightfully so the radar is also lowered, thus may need adjustment to correctly read...
