The HUD is so worthless. All it does is make an annoying reflection on the windshield. I wish my Supra didn't come with HUD. I actually plan on making a cover for it so it won't reflect anymore. Just been lazy.
Safelite charges around $450 to do the calibration. Takes maybe 5 minutes. It's total BS.
The way this car goes through windshields I think I might just get ISTA or even the right scan tool setup and save some money by doing it myself. The windshield is $550.

Doesn’t touch the ecu. I had safelight do the replacement and recalibration 3x now with no issues other than I believe it’s a BS money grabbing charge.

Running a JB4 for track use is a horrible idea. You can't control timing or fueling and the trans really starts hating life because you are lying to it the whole time.
If you are looking for a custom tune, not just a OTS tune, then find a good tuner and use what they prefer if you haven't...
