Yes, head is different, 20 has the exhaust manifold integrated into the head. 21+ has six seperate ports like older style head castings and therefore the six log exhaust manifold.
If you download TunerPro, you can also tweak things in the BEF rom files you have. You can open it up and modify tables. A lot of "tuners" don't want anyone to know that.
