I keep seeing a white one in Colton, mostly cruising down La Cadena around 4pm. Multiple times a week. Keep wondering if he is on here. Talked to him once a couple weeks ago when I pulled up next to him at a light.
This is the one.
Since we are on the wheel/tire subject, I am glad to say, I finally ordered my tires (discount tire has a 10% off sale that ends today). Cant wait to see what 315s look like in the rear! My wheels are hopefully shipping next week as well. Now only if these suspension companies could get their...
I did 2 back to back days of auto-x at 500 miles.... :dunno:
Once the heat goes away, I really want to take mine to the drag strip to see what it can do! 11s would be awesome.
Mine does the throttle thing every now and then, like last night. Did it for about 2 miles. Then I went about 1/2 throttle from a dead stop, vtec kicked it hard after a second or two and I was off. After that, the throttle was extra touchy for the rest of my drive home.
You are correct. If you use the stop/start feature, it will still work but the engine will kick on when it needs the ac to work. So if you are sitting a light, it will kick the engine on and off as needed to keep the ac blowing cold. Think of it as a halfway working start/stop system haha. The...
I dont think anyone else has had their window break like mine. Cracked as soon as the wipers were pointing straight up. Wasnt even a hot day and there were no prior rock chips.
You got me beat! Mine cracked around 1000 miles.
I am with Msoupe. Hood gets popped after auto-x sessions only. When I do my normal mountain run, I will let it idle for a few minutes when I get home (fans are normally on) but dont pop the hood.
I would like other peoples input on this as well. I feel like even though the ac button is off, the ac is still on, only sometimes. After I turn mine on and off a few times, it seems to stay off.
From what I have heard, all cars made past 05 are fine running ethanol. Since e10 was introduced in 05, all car manufactures put in ethanol resistant lines. My evo is an 06 and has had nothing but e85 in its tank for the past 3 years. All fuel lines, rubber included, look and feel good.
I am still planning on doing an Arrowhead run tomorrow is anyone wants to join.
Also, I will be at the Fontana speedway racing both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Bring a helmet and feel free to take a couple laps with me. $10 to get it.
