Depends on the quality of the cat. The GESI cats can handle power very well. I run a GESI cat on my Evo and it makes 650whp in street trim and revs to 9,000 rpm.
I've also seen 800whp+ V8's with GESI cats, no issues.
FYI, you won't be able to tweak any of the OTS tunes BM offer. They are locked down. You can only tweak/self-tune starting from a stock tune. It's a bit of a bummer but is what it is currently.
I never knew the black had so much metallic in it.
Verus wang looks good. I'm trying reallllly hard not to go Verus aero front/back and this thread isn't helping.
You make it sound like cars melt in the winter. Driving a car down the road for an inspection shouldn't be an issue. Roads get cleared very quickly here in NY, unless it snows every single day for weeks, which is very very rare these days. I'm originally from California and I would have no issue...
Front area has an under tray that covers the engine. Of course, it's not sealed, nor is the supra. It's not like there are holes in the underbody. If so, you would have a wet inside every time you drive in the rain.
Yea, maybe New Jersey mice are more acrobatic. I had my Evo on jackstands and they still got into the exhaust and inside the car. Hahha. Glad it works for you though!
That won't work. Mice can jump super high and their general acrobatic agility is actually quite astounding to watch. They can easily jump higher than any jack stand. Maybe if you had a two post lift.
No, but they can build nests or use it for storage. Happened to one of my cars in a garage. Started it up in the spring and like a pound of acorns shot out the exhaust. lol
Ah, the ol' "my car did this on this totally different dyno across the country, 10,000 feet higher and on different octane fuel" discussion. Completely ignoring the OP gains.
Yawn.
OP: Seems inline with a proper low reading mustang dyno. Nice 135whp/184wtq gains from baseline!
I bought my 2020 Launch Edition at the end of November, with 1500 miles on it for $58k. It was in storage for 2+ years. Perfect, basically new condition with the protective plastics still on the screens, sills, floors.
$56k for a non LE 2020 seems "okay" in this climate, if it's in great condition
$1500/yr???
LMAO. I wish. Ours is $10k here in NY. That said, we came from California, so everything here seems like a bargain. The house itself is half the price (if not less) of the equivalent in California.
I think registering 4 cars here was less than 1 car in California.
