FYI, just had two new quotes from two different dealers. One in NJ and one in MA. Both 2022 Premiums in transit (ETA end of Nov)
One wants $2,900 over MSRP with a $2,500 non-refundable deposit
Other wants $3,000 over MSRP, not sure on deposit conditions yet.
Bofa currently offers new dealer at 2.14%, used dealer at 2.34%, private party at 5.34%
Obviously, this is for great credit and before any APR deductions based on your Bofa banking status.
Heh, unfortunately both colors I'm not interested in (silver and red). Most of the dealers here in NY/NJ and NE region won't even quote me asking price without coming into the dealership. The ones that do are anywhere from $3-20k over MSRP.
I feel like dealers have reverted to 1990's ways of...
Where? Every dealer I have been talking to the last month is all marked up over MSRP. Every single one. Please let us know :)
Pricing and dealer attitudes are very different over the last couple months.
I *highly* recommend Intercity Lines. (https://intercitylines.com/) I used them to ship my heavily modified Evo from California to New Jersey. Zero issues, zero damage. They are used to shipping HIGH dollar collectible cars so they have a great process.
Cost $2k to ship coast to coast.
Did you strip the black off the wheels? I always hated the OEM GTI wheels but these look way better with the two tone silver/black stripped!
I agree with you on the MK7 GTI. I actually enjoy mine way more than I thought I would and it's just a base.
