Not officially, but Tada san has said in bunch of interviews that Toyota will be returning to a 3 sports car lineup. So one can only speculate, FT-1/Supra, 86/FR-S, and S-FR.

BMW insider SCOTT26 said the car is covered in panels screwed / faux shaping to help disguise the real design. Good example is the Lexus LC.

I did remember reading something where it kinda states that one of the designers said they chose not to call it "Supra" because they didn't want to place any restrictions and limits on the design team. They also said it was influenced by the 2000GT, MR-2, FT-HS concept, and not just the Supra...
