My initial question chain is what do you like and hate about both? If the things you dislike about the supra are more extensive then it sounds like a switch might be right.
The other question is what is the intended purpose? A daily? A track car? They both will check multiple boxes but one...
Friendly bit of advice, especially since your post count is low and you're a new member on the forum.
You'll have better luck posting pictures of the item and doing more detailed photos if needed via PM. More importantly you should list a price you're selling the item for.
I've had pretty good luck with batteries lasting. I think a lot of it has to do with rapidly changing climate (ex relatively warm garage should help extend the life).
As for oil changes, I used to be in the 2500 - 5000 camp about 10 years ago. Oil tech and additives have changed...
I'm actually surprised to hear this considering you've got pretty large mufflers on it.
But yes, resonators are your best option. Are you running an aftermarket downpipe? If so, is it catless or catted?
I'm really impressed by this very unique and thorough build. I'd say to post videos, but I can't imagine that it would do your system justice to play it from other speakers. Looking forward to more updates.
Misnomer. It isn't brown. Just a function of how the shifter is designed. You pop it back in and move on.
This happened in BMW cars too because (shocker) it's the same setup.
That makes compete sense and I'm sure that no one would argue with why you feel that way. It's a loss than ideal situation to be in and we're all hoping that you get a good resolution out of it so you're able to enjoy your car again.
I haven't really found anything yet, but I'm still trying to piece together what events are still in existence and what aren't. I'll have to take a look and see what's coming up. Car season is soon after all
