I left the P mu 999s on all year and they were just fine. I’m on a race pad now getting ready to take the Z06 on track next weekend. Same thing. No issues driving around town and then to track.

Last I was running: Camber targeted -3.4 front, -2.7 rear Toe 0.5mm out front, 2mm in rear On 275/35-18s with 10mm spacers all around

I only ran the endurance CSGs (most expensive ones) and didn’t like them compared to the P mu 999s. Probably their race pads are better? Regardless, that really sold me on the 999s after that. I have 2 sets to sell to local friends. They punch way above their price 🥊

I think others have mentioned before, it’s better to stretch than be too tight. Not that you’d do either on those. Just sayin… you could go either way and make it work. There are variations between tires of the same size. Once you get the setup where you like, you’ll want to stick to the same...

You‘re right. Different setups. I‘m on stock calipers & this was before even my Ohlins. I went back to the Hawk DTC 60/30 split and liked it much better. Then found the P mu999 thereafter, when I got more comfortable = faster.

They didn’t hold up for me. Especially if comparing to the P mu 999s. Didn’t last as long or have the stopping power. They reminded me of EBC blue stuff I tried long ago. Soft pedal feel as well. You’re gonna love em!! The car is looking sick btw 🤩
