They have a nice little groove on them so you can drive on the street š. As far as options, with those wheels you can try multiple options. Tons of variety in that size available. I can honestly say at Homestead & Sebring & warmer track days, the Victra RC-1s provide a lotta bang for the sticky...
Got the AWE track to touring conversion kit put on yesterday. Talk about having a whole new car. Absolutely LOVE it!!!! Sound just as good or better, she only screams when hitting the hammer. And w/out the drone š„°
Also put on my track tires. Nice to have some actual grip again. Next on the list...
I wish they would have shown that. Great points š
I did like Maxās comment on it. Saying thatās how it goes, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose with those things. Regardless, I would have loved to have seen both of those possible overtakes (Max and Oscar). Maxās being more likely of the...
If youāre trying to get the most weekends out of them, then Iād go Bryanās route, tire picks and square up. I personally like the grip and longevity of the Maxxis Victra RC-1s on a square setup. Would all out competition slicks be better. Oh hell YUS. But theyāre also inversely proportional to...
Same for mine but I was told from the start Iād need to replace it annually if tracking often. But it served its purpose. No mo broken windshields. I was also told not to use the wiper blades and get some kind of RainX. I did that for a little bit & finally said fcuk it & use the blades. Like...
Something like this š

Canāt remember the one I have. They tested it on my vehicle and the price was right = free. So far Iām McLovin š it!
Nah, Iāve done time trials. Thatās fun too.
Iāll only do no point by required track days with really good groups of drivers down here in the winter. All are at Bryan (Razor), Bob (Rock Sand) level or above. Many of the full open track day are no point bys required, race teams are there as...
Such a common thing at Homestead. And like you said, especially behind bigger gummier tires. I got a windshield protector after going through 3 expensive windshield replacements. Iāve had the windshield condom on over a year and probably time to change it again. Regardless, great thing to have...
That VSC was the stupidiest thing Iāve seen in a while. Max and Oscar are approaching to pass in limited areas you can, Carlos is safe, flip the switch so no one can pass and positions remain the same š
Regardless, Max was happy, heās closing the gap to both drivers. Itāll be tough but becoming...
Iām going way back on this thread/post. I filled up at a gas station while on vacation that sold E85. Could we run our cars on that by itself or is it always a mixture of E85 that you have to run? Itād so simple to just fill up and go on E85 alone and tune the JB4 for it, if thatās even...
My fav by far is driving with a group that has no point by required. You can do it if you like or want someone to pass. And thatās how it should be. Once comfortable passing anywhere and being passed anywhere.
Is that what heās tracking now? Curious how the S58 does on track with almost 4k lbs of weight, and how hard heād be pushing, at his level.

Agree. But⦠if heās coming from motorcycle driving or even better motorcycle racing, then the Supra will be a walk in the park. Sure starting out in a MX5 or GR86 would be better to learn momentum driving w/out any experience. However, if starting with this car, just go slow and donāt add more...
Dunno but brake ducts can be like consumables. If the SE one is cheaper, send it! The Verus ones are expensive. And when something breaks, they charge you for the broken parts/pieces.
If you stay at stock power (like me), a square setup works quite well. Iām on 275/35 tires with 18ā Apex wheels. Tons of tires available in that size. If you donāt lower the car, get some spacers and camber plates = good to go š š
I came from a dedicated S2K track car and the Zupra is very easy...
No doubt itās a stretch. But like Max said, winning will solve a lot of problems. As long as heās focused on that, ya never know. It might even be possibleā¦.
Have they? Or has Max and RB brought their game up to almost McLaren standards. Itās funny how they were just cruising to victory at the summer break.
Some commentators are saying that McLaren still have the pace. Unfortunately (for them), itās looking tougher trying to maintain that edge...
