  1. Replace both rears or single tire

I’ll play devils advocate ?, in case you’re looking for an excuse to get sticker rears. Replace both tires with that favorite rubber you’ve always been dreaming of. Or patch it and keep the entire set as a spare for a whole new set of tires and wheels you’ve been wanting/eyeing ?. It’s really...
  2. LEGO jack stand adapter

But the point of the post was you can make the exact same thing from Legos, they’ll be just as strong and save you a ton of coin
or maybe a few pennies if they still make them ?
  3. XHP Reviews and Feedback!

I’m still on stage 4 (or 3 ?) and McLovin ? it! In town or on track
a great upgrade to the car in both comfort and sport mode.
  4. Toyota Gazoo Racing World Premieres GR GT & GR GT3

Holy crap.... Can that thing scream look at me any louder? ? Please tell me that wasn’t a standard color ?
  5. Death of ICE cars

Really depends on where you live right? Some areas are converting to nuclear power for AI ?. That’s a start I suppose
. Rural areas, forget about it. Bigger cities on really good grids, the better off they’ll be supporting all that EV juice?. It’ll definitely be a while to be able to support an...
  6. What did you do to your Supra today?

LOVE that track ? I‘m soooooooo glad you went with FARA Academy & enjoyed it!!!! Once you have Sebring memorized front and back, you can start focusing on one turn at a time. I can’t wait for October & get back out there w/ a real seat ??
  7. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

Hardly a sound from the 999s all year round. However I’m rarely in cold weather. When we do get get that rare cold spell, I hear any brand a bit more. Heard them the most from my wife’s Hawk HPS+ oddly enough. Modulating the pedal usually takes care of it. The price for the CSG is astronomical...
  8. Man I love this car

Man wish I know you were selling that beautiful 2021 MX5
When do you plan on using your free track day? Sebring is closer from where we live. You’ll get the most out of your free day going there. Homestead is cheaper if you were to pay. Regardless, the car is built for it and you’ll be glad you...
  9. TBK's Time Attack Build: MK-BRX

True! You’ll probably love it coming from your track background. I’m going to take mine in and set her alignment back closer to OEM specs, since she’ll be down (but not out) until October ?. I can still take her to work (on the weekends) & go to my fav Sprouts, Whole Foods, grocery stores
.
  10. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

who make those? And how‘s your tracking coming along? Haven’t heard from you in a while my Polish Supra brotha ?
  11. Man I love this car

What a great experience and glad to hear it. I think the majority of us feel the same way. Can’t believe BMW (Toyota cough cough) allowed their best track car to be released, undercutting ? their own M cars. They have to be kicking themselves and hating on Toyota. How many newer M cars do you...
  12. ANOTHER OIL THREAD (Actual information doe)

Yes there is gas savings logic behind it. But you only have to say it once.
That is the key ? It’s not even my thread but totally agree. Can Bryan delete the other posts? If not, I’ll go & delete mine. Rather it remain “The one and only oil thread you‘ll ever need for your Toyota Supra”. Can...
  13. Hi There! New Supra Owner (C8 Corvette refugee & had some questions)

Spot on and Beautiful car ?. That’s the way to do it. Fluid, pads, tires, all you need. Eventually you’ll wear the outside of the tires out quicker. Then you’ll get a more aggressive alignment. Until then, enjoy the snot out of her!

] I wish the DTC70s were available for our Supras
You every try the P mu 999s? Really good step up from the DTC60, cheaper than the CSG and had the same stopping power, for me.
  15. Kumho v730 275/35 on 18x11

Updated my response to just answer your damn question & what Bob said: They are fine. Practice on a wet track as much as you can, when those opportunities arise. Then you won’t care (unless it’s a monsoon). Most track peeps will sit out on the sidelines when it rains or damp. That’s the best...
  16. What did you do to your Supra today?

Congrats on the install & lower temps ?. I gotta get one of them someday ?
  17. TBK's Time Attack Build: MK-BRX

I run 2mm in the rear as well. She’s more planted trail braking when you do. Running 1 mm up front will be lively on your initial turn in, even with aggressive negative camber. I’m at 0.5mm and she’s incredibly sensitive (and faster). It just depends on the car, your mods and how comfortable...
  18. TBK's Time Attack Build: MK-BRX

You’ll need to fully turn off the nannies to really know how it feels. Otherwise she’ll grab at the slightest rotation. Even with only 0.5mm toe out up front made a huge difference for me. The car became way more lively on track with a much faster turn in. If it’s for the street, absolutely zero...
  19. All-new 2023 Nissan Z makes world debut!

Hopefully they learned they need to build a new car or have a better platform sharing company to do business with, to keep cost down.
  20. trash site

Good idea. I used to keep multiple Hawk DTCs in my garage. If repeated stopping power is your primary concern, Hawk DTC 60/30 or Project Mu Club racers will do the trick for ya for a long time. Eventually you’ll find yourself having to brake sooner or trail braking harder & longer as your times...
