1st time I went to my local Toyota service center, I realized (and they did too) that I had a BMW. So I took it to BMW my 2nd time. Then I realized the big box dealerās welcome to your first day changing oil service techs worked there too. So I finally wound up between two different German/BMW...

Last post sums it up. But lots of good engine oil choices for us.
Definitely take it to them since itās under warranty. Make sure they have a Supra tech the day of your service date. They should do a pressure test for leaks (or air) and/or thermostat malfunction.

Curious what they say...
I love my Supra, BMW and Porsches. But when you start taking out OEM parts and replacing them with aftermarket performance parts, you donāt have to be an engineer to see & feel the difference. And back to the SVT guy, I have no doubts they were trying to do their very best -with the amount of...
Thx man. I have no doubts itās going to be awesome ?? I leave tomorrow, will pickup the car today. Was going to wait & do it after this weekend. Unless you think itās no big deal to do the flash (stage 2) one day before trackingā¦. Thought I read or heard somewhere to let the flash run a few days...
Nice rant. But this ? is the part Iād try to do for that kinda coin. The excuse to travel. Pretty cool these guys can do it w/out turning their cars into a brick. I donāt think of it as being lazy. Not all of us have the time, my brotha from the land down under *(damn Men at Work stuck in my...
I know people that get the upgraded manifold just so they can track down here w/out issues, during our summer season (6 months). No major hp mods besides a catless dp. It definitely brings their IAT down and Iāve been told they donāt feel the heat soak like I do.
I do have a bigger air box...
I canāt recall which brand I have. I was told to try and not use the wipers. However, with what little miles I have on mine and forgetting not to use them, theyāve been fine. A buddy that did it owns a detail shop. You have to clean it with something called waterless wash. Thus, too much of a...
Damnā¦. after yāall get it figured out, let us know! Iād love to be able to turn mine on during a 30 min track session & hammer the gas - w/out limp mode ā ļø
Went ahead and said fcuk itā¦. ordered the entire Verkline front end parts bcuz of you ?. The replacement bushings SPL sent are tight (to spec) for now & should get me by for the weekend ?. Understandably even metal bushings will wear over time. But this will be a piece of mind that Iām starting...
Summary: If that set is already mated to each other, itās a dun deal. If theyāre new rotors, you just bed them in. If theyāre rotors that was mated to another padās transfer film, then you really have to make sure you bed them in hard & properly and/or use low grit sandpaper, to remove that old...
I know when this happened to me (different pad brand - not project mu, same rotor), I didnāt bed them in enough. Hindsight is 20/20 ofc. Then to go back after the fact, I semi corrected it but it just wasnāt the same. I could probably reuse them now that I know I really need to get on them...
Stayed up later than Iād like watching it and some of the post interview. Wow was it worth it! In hindsight, they probably shouldnāt have screwed with Maxās 1st place quali. Really gave him the ammo needed to fight on. But it definitely was a forecast of what was to come. Holy penalties!!!! They...
I did it while the wife was driving. I really hope she floored it at some points on the track ? Hopefully I can look into it soon. At least I have one now.
