My thoughts as well. No one is perfect on track. So if one were to make a big mistake, it could potentially save ya. Was my thought at least. Any other reason to use it, should be just for fun and preference. Ideally you wouldn’t even notice it. Like BMWAF said ☝️

Unfortunately this is true for most of us. Small or large town. The Toyota dealerships are probably decent with other Toyotas. Not our BMW B58 engine. This is the way. Mighty nice of ya! I feel this engine is pretty well understood by most BMW mechanics.
