I hope you got her the 2.0. The 3.0 liter is way too much power to learn on imo. My girl, maybe. My boy, oh hell no!
Are you guys going to track together? If so, hope to see you out there ? Iāve got a friend doing the exact same thing in Homestead. His daughter was out on the track twice...
Short trips unless driving to the track. Work on weekends only. I like to park in the garage and she sets off too many Tesla alarms, on startup. If in an open environment and warmed up, you can baby the throttle and keep the decibels down.
No sound clips because none do it justice. At least...
Beautiful tracks! ? A buddy is throwing his car on the train to get to some of those northern hills. Both of you guys are flying through the hairpins. Feels like Iām throwing the car around. Canāt wait to overlay the data from my last track days and check it out. Those tracks look so nice and...
Mine is going thru puberty perhaps. Doesn't roar ? as loud as she use to on startup. I probably didnāt follow the proper break in period protocols or use the right oil
Good point. We should do that to the VW. But I was kinda referring to hydroplaning during the rare all day Noahās Ark events. Rain is usually heavy and sporadic down here. Short burst and itās over. Not this last time.
I got some project Mu 999s just for fun. After I cook ?off another set of DTC60s, will give em a try. I couldnāt find the P mu clubs. They claimed these are a pinch ? better.
Thatās freaking fantastic!!!! I was planning on watching it on Sunday ? Sent the above schedule to my wifeās email. Sheās going to print it. Weāre old school.
Had my worst drive home ever on my Victras last track day. Had to slow down quite a bit on the back roads from Sebring to Ft. Myers. Luckily no highway driving. It was a monsoon all the way. Otherwise, I donāt mind driving it (slowly) in town. I wouldnāt do it if it was a daily driver for sure...
I used to change the pads, long ago. What a pain in the ass. So I just leave my track pads on. I get tons of dust. I have OEM wheels, and 2 sets of track wheels. I prefer my black track wheels over my gold ones, aesthetically. As for its real purpose, the car stops really fast, repeatedly. Any...
There you go. Weight, weight, weight⦠Hard to get around that elephant ? in the room. Ever watch boxing or UFC? The lightweight guys are nimble as hell. The big boyEEs pack a big punch but much slower. I donāt look at the dark horse or even M2 in the same class as a Lotus, S2K, or MX5. I...
I wish I knew. The PPF installer said he happened to have some extra from another customer and it was enough to do the roof.
The company name is Detail Freaks in Ft. Myers, FL. Buddy owner name is Andy. Give him a shout and heāll let you know.
This ā I personally havenāt heard the touring. But if Timmy says you can daily it, I believe him.
Mine is AWE track & catless. We love it ?
If I got another Supra, I wouldnāt consider any another exhaust. Nor keep her OEM for long. Iām with Timmy - AWE touring for the best of both worlds ?%...
Damn, I really wanted to put the little tracks emblems /decals Iāve been to on my car. Now Iām having 2nd thoughts ? ? I do like my girl with little to no tats.
*nothing against peeps that do, just my personal preference ?
Welcome! ??
You should checkout Razorlabās build page. He tracks, has a 2020, gets more power, reliably. Iāve got a catless dp and 2022, no issues (other than CEL lol) but no track tune either

Definitely us track guys. We buy em and use em. Mine was on track at about 300 miles (only because I had to drive there, lol). Sheās running stronger than ever. Now at 10,000 miles. The b58 is robust, tested & broken in before being put in the crate or car. I do go lighter the 1st and last laps...
