Wow! What a steal ? Sorry to hear brother. Hope your surgery goes well. I’ve got 5 cars at my house and need to sell one myself. Not the Supra fortunately.
  3. Just got my MkV, after 10yrs of driving EVs

Congrats ? Use that free track day before you go too far down the mod wabbit hole. She’s fun as hell at Homestead!
  4. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

If you can do it yourself, more power to ya amigo! For me = less down time.
  5. Meth + JB4

Good to know! Would you adjust the boost for different fuel types?
  6. Meth + JB4

For safety sake, I’d have Jesse tune it if I was to go to a different fuel blend in a heartbeat. He doesn’t just send you a Map. You go back and forth until it’s right. It feels better, faster and I’m not worried my engine will blow. Worth every penny amigo
  7. What did you do to your Supra today?

I thought the same when I took some time off. Now I talk to new peeps every time I go. Think of it like cars & coffee but actually driving on track. At least thatā€˜s what I do:drive: We had two rental co’s @Sebring this past weekend. If you ever come this way. I’d love to fly out to Laguna &...
  8. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

And don’t forget Victra RC1 if your footprint is small enough ?
  9. What did you do to your Supra today?

Yeah but you got Supra (track) experience. You best comeback and give us a track comparison. Hope your new one does just as well or better amigo ?
  10. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

That and sloppy driving. I really should be 0.5 sec w/in optimal. Homestead is a more typical track near me - smaller and more even surface. Much easier to get closer to optimal. Sebring is massive, so many bumps & pavement differences. Race teams come from all over just to take that beating and...
  11. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

New PB. Fun being no. 27 at Sebring. It is only February and they run 350 hot days per year. That number will drop fast ? ?
  12. Brake Fluid

SRF will last you the longest for sure. Has the highest wet temp. Yli method would be ideal if you can
  13. Anyone regret installing lowering springs?

Recently added brake ducts have made a difference this weekend. I still want to try CSG pads. Next on my to do list. You’ll have more camber wiggle room with 275-18s as you know, more tire availability and save some coin. I’ve been happy so far. Bought a 2nd set of wheels and can rotate...
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

2nd pic down, my two little red gas ⛽ cans - one man race team ? My car, bigger numbers on order (trashed my old ones). Wife here today. Thus doubled my crew, lol. Lots of rain coming and many IMSA teams will be leaving (not because of rain, just bcuz). Their rigs out back. So the garages will...
  15. Lowering springs -- I'm somewhat disappointed

Not sure which one Speed Industry sold. Pic from the archives like Evo. Long ago.
  16. Brake Fluid service @ 10k miles????

Same! I don’t give it a 2nd thought on our daily cars. Unless I see it’s visibly lower. Edit: Someone asked recently in one of the cars, if I wanted it done. It was my daughter’s car @60k miles. We changed it.
  17. What did you do to your Supra today?

Pulled into Sebring last night. IMSA was leaving. Talked to a few teams. Nice as hell, fantastic bunch! Wish I took some pics but everyone was so busy. It was cool seeing all those rigs. Like a traveling circus but all cars and mechanics ? It will definitely be a Porsche fest today. I’ll snap...
  18. Anyone regret installing lowering springs?

My man!!!!! I did the same ? ? Now I’m on Ohlins and lovin ? it. My Eibach springs weren’t made for repeated high speed compression like that. Sebring is a beast of a track. They kept dropping & I was scraping everywhere. For the street, they looked great and would have been fine. Now I’m on...
  19. Lowering springs -- I'm somewhat disappointed

I’m on the middle setting front and rear on my Eibach sways. Have SPL goodies & Ohlins. Feels great ? ? ? (on track). Long drives, not so much. Also when I had my Eibach springs, they settled quite a bit over time. Why I switched to Ohlins. OEM would have been fine as well. But I opened the...
  20. Ohlins R&T adjustment

How many clicks from the bottom are y’all running? Full stiff is insane. I’m at 5 from the bottom and… wow she’s tight! I also have sway bars and SPL parts. It’s not the best for long drives. But on track ? McLovin ? it!!!
