Price and availability is a good start. If you change your brake fluid more often itāll take longer to get to the wet temp side of the chart. I like Castrol SRF since the wet temp is so high. But it really doesnāt matter as much as bleeding or changing the fluid does.
I like Hawk DTC pads. But...
It certainly wonāt hurt. Youāre doing what weāve all done in our other track cars.
Are you going the track or drag route? If you are going to track during your āsummerā months, these drag kings?are spot on. They do the majority of the testing for us track rats ? (go to the extremes way...
And sure you already know this, youāll have to buy camber plates or adjustable control arms to dial in additional camber up front.
Just throwing it out there. I used to transport mine (had no choice in my dedicated track S2k). Then, in my MX5, I started just changing my tires when I got there...
During track season, 6 months in SWFL for me, yessa! 275-18 square. Cost savings, tons of tires options (& my fav Maxxis track tires), ability to rotate.
Damn, you say it like it is ? But that has to be amazing for heat dissipation. Well done Bryan!
Dude⦠more proof in the Supra puddin! Well...
I love it too ?. I wish we had that interior with more exterior colors like you guys. So happy yāall are getting your cars!!!!
This is one of my favorite threads. You guys waited an insane amount of time for your cars, paid more than us brats across the ocean, and really appreciate the cars...
Just make sure yāall know how to drive the damn thing ;)

Another bonus, theft deterrent. None of my kids college friends know how to drive manual.
Are you doing that to prevent overheating & run alternate fuel?
I hear ya on money. Probably best itās too hot in my neck of the woods (swamp) 6 months outta the year. I can actually take my fam on vacation other than track weekends ?
Home or car, paying more $$$ in the beginning is paramount. Itāll shorten his term by paying down the principal quicker, less interest over the course of the loan & ultimately less for the car. If it helps @Digitalprty

The Garmin Catalyst app will still give you all the info. No āfriendsā needed. Itāll put together all of your best sectors for you to review.
Absolutely get the best instructor or pay for a real coach (pro) to give you a baseline lap - that would be fantastic to compare to. But thatās much...
If the car sat on a boat for ~ a year, then he goes out and tracks the ? out of it, how long would you wait till your 1st oil change? Just out of curiosity. I think I did it with about 3k miles on mine. Iāve never had an oil issue, btw.
Been there done that in Miami a few times ? Feel for you...
Iām personally leaning toward Max may be a GOAT in the making, for F1. Until I see him mentally break, RB needs to keep him at all co$t. Driving that long, consistently, while fighting to keep your job & not blow millions breaking the damn thing, takes a special kind of person for sure =...
I have and thanks Wes! These Ohlins should correct everything. This Supra will be fine with a bigger tire up front. Iāve got my 18ā wheels already. And coming from such a squirrelly S2K, Iāve been used to hard trail braking w/out upsetting my turn in. I could learn it, no doubt. But it would add...
Just make sure your cap has a good seal. It should be a natural buildup of moisture, especially being so new, not driven much or for a longer period.

Just a sample of whatās out there ā. I got my 1st oil...
Hope @DarkZupra doesnāt mind me asking on his beautiful car & garage pageā¦.
Iād prefer to buy from FCP Euro but canāt find any. I wanted to keep my current studs and replace the lug nuts. Which ones (link) do you recommend Bryan or should I just buy another stud kit? Will probably only get in...
I keep forgetting the Maxxis are 100tw. Thx for all the info. Bryan too. Wealth of track knowledge both of ya! These Maxxis stick like boogers on track and seem to last the longest. Would love to hear your opinion of them. Lots of guys running em down here.
As far as 295s up front, Iām a bit...
