It is an add-on to the harness and actually requires a new JB4 board too.
Yes it works, I recommend P158 firmware Version 26 with it. I have one and a few customer cars now with it.
Lando needs to get it out of his head that he is the best driver on the grid. If you can barely outpace your teammate in his second year in F1, you are certainly no where near Max's level.
We like to hate on Checo, but it is the constant reminder that the RB car is definitely not on the same...
It is low enough boost levels at stock for the throttle to manage.
It still technically overboosts. The throttle just closes a bunch to prevent extra boost getting in the manifold
this 100% due to JB4+catless without custom tuning for being catless.
Car stock flash (even on JB4) thinks a certain amount of WGDC needed to hit a boost target based on OEM DP backpressure.
WGDC - how much exhaust directed thru the turbine compared to around it
As you can imagine, being...
I had seen the 2.0t/400hp rumor for the MR-2. 6 speed and rear wheel drive please. Would consider trading in the A90. Would be hard to give up the beautiful inline 6 soundtrack though.
All true. It does sound kinda meh and raspy at low speeds like an exhaust leak, but you do get the turbine whistle out the exhaust, so that sort of makes up for it imo.
It is way louder than oem dp and full load sounds insane even with stock catback.
Of course it pops and crackles way more...
Yessir, i have been teaching you along the way so you can continue to test on your own as well. We'll get there. Trims is definitely a big bottleneck for us right now. Pretty much capped out at +5psi additive on E20
I realize they had crappy autos compared to ZF8, but literally every low-volume sports car ever made 10+ years ago is worth considerably more in manual.
But like I said, that is not a top priority for me anyway. Its just nice to know that if "life happens", I'm not 20k in the hole.
BTW no...
slower is all relative. My car is faster than any stock AT car, and there are some MTs that will smoke 95% of AT cars on the road.
You buy houses in fast-growing areas because its a better investment. I buy cars that I believe will remain desirable for decades to come. I'd probably call the MT...
If the Supra wasn't a "tuner" car, the straight line speed wouldn't even be a big appeal of the car, and people would go the Porsche route:
AT for track
MT for street
Man the manual hate is crazy ? Get whatever you prefer, but I'll check back in 10 years when they are worth 50% over an AT
Because ultimately, if only straight line speed matters to you, get ready to be clapped by the EV generation
People will be looking for driver involvement in future...
