just do some catted downpipe with the AWE setup you like the tone of. It will be loud enough.
catless is the raspy part, so avoid that. At full load it sounds epic, but definitely like an exhaust leak at low speeds ?
And done. One happy MT running 22 psi (E25) smoothly no problem. Perfectly flat trims sitting at 40, leaving some headroom for fuel mixing and changing conditions.

Not sure why other JB4 tuners are still using other methods for tuning MTs when we can get it cleaned up instantly on a base map ? If you're gonna charge people hundreds, use my MT solution I spent 6 months figuring out and posting every detail here.
Tons of duty bias work to barely push power...
Do you see the big throttle cut at 3k? Alpha release fixes that (provided wgdc tuning is dialed in). WGDC control for the JB4 jumps in just before it finishes spooling rather than after like on previous firmware.
You may feel hesitation sometimes if you stomp on the gas quickly, that is the...
Not bad at all for an MT on non-MT firmware. Trims are a bit higher than I'd like. Any mods?
Only downside is you are at like 2psi over stock until 4500 so your low and mid range is weak. (need v24 firmware to fix) Top end looks pretty solid. Under-boosting technique, looks like a Jesse tune...
While I'm getting caught up here:
Here's another good example of a nicely balanced 93/E30 map. Maybe a little left on the table for power (can sometimes get up to 5.5-6 psi additive), but it is super clean with fuel headroom...
You don't want it to hit target, you want it close. Typically keeping ecu_psi just 1 psi under dme_bt is most ideal. And actually some cars (including my own), I just ignore dme_bt if its targeting too high and just adjust FF/duty as needed to get ecu_psi into the range I want. 12-17 psi...
Lambda 1 target ?‍♂️ nothing I can do bout it
If it richens up, that indicates temps are getting too high. If there are a lot of corrections, AFR will start to dip.
Naw I have over a dozen cars running way more aggressive than that on E25-E30 with no corrections lol
My own car is running the same boost targets/timing on E25 with no corrections
Curious, question for @razorlab. Is this an indication of needing new plugs or needing to be gapped? Really shouldn't be any corrections on these boost levels at E40 (which is too high for jb4 anyway). Only the one cylinder correcting...
glad I could help, I think if you get down to e30 you could probably run more aggressive additive targets too. Most people I help on 93/e30 can get to +5 psi peak or a little more
The Map 6 E40 additive was the best. However, I would recommend dropping down to E30. Not much headroom for fueling right now. Want trims to stay below 45 (40 if you don't log much). sometimes single cylinder timing will separate a bit, but in general your timing is extremely strong in that log...
