Having heard most of the current single exit offerings on the market right now.. They all sorta sound like shit. Loud, obnoxious, etc. RK Titanium is the best of the bunch, as far as I've heard.
I believe they're EVS fenders There is an optional cover/top layer for them that I've seen around, but my Google-foo is failing me, with the Group-A cover on them.
Ignore it. Scanning for codes when there's no issues is going to drive you absolutely insane. Cars throw warnings/information/debug codes etc. constantly. Open up your Console/Event View/syslog on your computer. All sorts of errors/warnings/info, etc.
If you don't have a problem, don't scan...
Nearly possible to tell. It's a momentary switch on the dash. Insanely easy to double tap and have literally zero idea that it ever happened. Electrons like to jump between conductive surfaces in tiny differences. This whole thing can happen in milliseconds.
