Take it off and redo the tape. Make sure it's 50 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, apply pressure for a few minutes until it's bonded. Partial bonding occurs within 20 minutes, full bonding sure occur with in 24 hours. I won't drive it until it's fully cured.

The FTP chargepipe is fine, the stock charge pipe is fine up to several lbs above stock. They're chargepipes. I know a lot of people running a lot of boost w/ Pure800s in the Chicago area with FTP charge pipes without any trouble.
I'm still wayyyy beyond curious as to why one would add a BOV to the B58 with the stock turbo/wg/diverter valve setup? The sound is obnoxious and it's completely unnecessary.

Start with the dial low, see how it runs (do you have 93 or 91) then dial it up. If you feel something weird or not right, then something is weird or not right, dial it down, and check on the n54 forums.
