Engine Masters already proved a high-flow filter sapped no power. The ONLY semi-acceptable situation to not use a filter, is when there is truly ZERO room for one on your one-off setup..and even then, we're gonna poke fun at you for not packaging your custom plumbing better.

That's a pretty absolute thing to say, considering it's incorrect. While the number is quite low in the grand scheme, there are plenty of parts with 'Toyota' stamped or molded into them, and most of those are either made in-house or by Toyota's Tier 1 suppliers.
