Subframe or cross members with a rag over the anchor to prevent marring from metal on metal contact... look at the blue A91 pic i posted. The jacks are just on the jack pads for support just in case and ease of lowering when i was done doing the oil change. There is also a write up on the...
I've used QJ's before. The prep time busting them out and sliding them under the car, hooking up the main pump to the 2 hoses, plugging in the pump and then double checking to make sure that the QJ blocks are at the correct lift points is the same as me just jacking the car up and sliding a jack...
If you rub one of these on the window before install, the extension would never come off. Lol. Be sure to clean the surface with alcohol, rub one of these and let it dry a little for 2 mins, then apply the extension.
Don't mean to thread jack, but what method did you guys use to remove the stock badging..? Preferably a method that DOESN'T fuck up the front bumper or trunk lol
They're talking about if you can post a picture of the exact part you're trying to install.... the title is very vague (iirc, there are 3 variants), we want to know/see the exact part you're installing for more clear instructions.
Lol, ghetto...? Idk what ghetto is any more, i've lived my whole life in low class/ ghetto neighborhoods, if anything, it's more nicer than my area cause you live near a college LOL
I think that happens to all of us. The cars parameters needs time to adjust to the power jump, that's why. My car did that as soon as i flashed my E30 map for the first time ever. I was about to do a nasty pull, yanked hard in 3rd gear and then mid pull, i got kicked down into limp mode lol. My...
What problems are you looking at...? As far as i can remember off the top of my head, me and @Sereph102889 usually vouch for MHD since we run it on our cars... so what problems are you looking at..?
Idk what it is, but your car just went into limp mode. I used to have codes that pop up saying "torque limitation active" sometimes. Not anymore, i think it's also because that was my first time flashing the car onto a powerful map at the time. The TCM or whatever that records and makes...
No worries, we all start somewhere; the catalytic converter is located in the downpipe for this car, so just go high flow catted downpipe. there's nothing wrong with a catted downpipe neither, it's MORE simplistic like this cause there's just literally only the downpipe and then a full exhaust...
you kinda just defeat the purpose of a catless downpipe, cause you just basically relocated the cat.
as the great @zrk once said,
you just jammed the brillo pad lower into the straw. Same thing as just installing a catted downpipe, just more complicated now. Your catless downpipe with a catted...
