Over the weekend I installed a light strip in the dash in an attempt to introduce some ambient lighting in the Supra's rather dark and gloomy interior. I'm pretty happy with the results, the curve at the end matches the HUD's orange line.
I can't adjust the brightness but it's not as bright as...
I have the same issue on the rear lights, apparently you need to have them on in a garage for at least 20 minutes and the take pics in order fir toyota to replace them under warranty ? according to my dealer
there's a ton of cf parts for both interior and exterior but they tend to be a bit pricy..
the cheapest mod I have on my car is probably the cf inlays for the dashboard , similar to this :

but if...
my pleasure buddy
let us know what you decide to go for and what the results are, if you can.
I was thinking about the same but so far mine are holding up quite well so I don't need to replace them just yet ;)
If you know your way around a spray can and have access to detailing equipment you can fix this yourself
After I replaced my BIG European front plate with a smaller one I had the same set of holes (only 4)
Not the best pics but you can see the before and after I moved the plate, I didn't take a...
You are really overthinking this?
Almost any scratch can be buffed out, and as long as the guy doing it knows what he's doing and you don't keep scratching up and buffing out the same spot over and over again you'll be ok.
The clear coat is relatively thick and if you don't go to town on your...
No there isn't..
Single tone pathetic "hi hi, how may I help you " horn... really embarrassing when what you really want is "get the f.. out of my way"
I have the same issue, wind noise from the passenger side window, not exactly sure where it is but it seems to come from the top of the A pillar
The rubber seal looks good all the way around and I can't see any gaps from the outside.. annoying as hell
I used this one on my bmw 330e when I installed a rear spoiler on it, worked like charm and didn't come off the 2 years I had the car, it's probably still ok 2 years later?
My point was that speed has nothing to do with the engine blowing up, but you are probably right about the drag coming into effect before the rev limit
The engine will not blow up, sooner or later you will hit the rev limiter and that will limit your top speed. I'm not sure what the revs are at 250 in eight gear (didn't get to try it while in Germany this summer) but if bmw has done their job correctly, and they usually do, the then the revs...
Great idea?
I tested it using the VIN number and it came up with "not compatible with your Toyota Supra" however this may be more of a mounting issue due to the lack of vertical grill, where you would normally mount the camera, rather than the interface issue?
You could ask bimmertech why it...
Did you check that all four parcel shelf attachment points are fully engaged? The ones at the rear tend to pop up if you stuff the cargo area to the brim and will the clunk on bumps if not pressed down again
I still whack my head getting in and out from time to time, especially if I'm in a hurry.. unfortunately this usually happens at the store when I just need to do some quick shopping... to the great amusement of other people in the parking lot ?
