It Definitely is turbulence gray. for starters it's Dark with a Blue Hue, and is metallic in nature. None of the other colors will do this, the Tungsten is not dark at all at any point and the Phantom wouldn't have a shine like that either. You can do it by process of elimination it most...

So the news I can give you is that there are NO VIN's associated to a Phantom in other words there are no Statuses updated to a Phantom. I don't believe production has even begun on a Phantom Yet. And I do not expect to see any Phantoms until April of 2020 at the earliest but most likely Summer...
