why not DM them and ask? Thats a super common design, lots of companies make a wheel like that.

Total time (not including disconnecting battery and letting caps drain) for me is about 15 mins. Once you figure out the springs, its easy.

There are design issues with the electronics on the lights. Those with them have found multiple issues, including the lights "rebooting" randomly (the stop/start animation playing while driving) as well as some parts of the lights getting stuck on or off. Itll be a while.
