    I did the update recently with no issue and used what was recommended in this thread. after the update, I bench unlocked again, retuned with mhd+ and xhp, coded misc. things back with bimmercode and protools. This thread was helpful - thanks to OP and everyone who contributed.

    Go to a dealership you trust and replaced it under warranty. I had mine replaced at 49k miles - same symptoms.
