...not far from the Miramar Air Base. This had to be the third time I've been to an Elite Finish event, only this one was in the late afternoon/early evening.
The crowd was huge and the cars were amazing, as usual. Check out my video when you have a chance.
It seemed to be professionally constructed by a custom builder. I had a good talk with the owner who bought it from the guy. He paid $6k for it. I'm sure you'll spot it right away in this video:

Has anyone ever noticed this? It is very likely not an external sand-blasting from frequent highway use. There is no roughness on either side of the windshield, so I suspect the laminate layer.
Latest development: I just had a talk with a CA noise-testing employee. He sent me a more detailed guide with layout of the test setup. I changed my drawing to the attached.
