Are you far from the dealership? You can just show up and speak to the GM or their CSM. If they're active on Yelp, leave a review. There's also a car dealership website you can leave a review on for the dealership and the salesman.

I have the Rogue Engineering Short Shifter, with rear carrier bushing, weighted shift knob and CDV delete. It's a completely different feeling than stock. Even just the weighted knob made a big difference. Definitely got rid of that BMW rubbery/loose feeling.
