I was driving home today and scraped quite badly on a speed bump, having prior experience with a cracked transmission pan I decided to get the car on axle stands and take a look underneath. The pan itself looks fine but there’s some kind of hose up by the driver (passenger for left hand drive)...

There’s 2 small grooved plates on either side by the grab handles. They pop out with a trim tool, then there’s a couple of screws to remove and the rest of the trim is held in with clips. Reasonable force is required but as long as you’re consistent with it and don’t just yank at it you should...

Does anyone know how to get the large piece of trim off the trunk/boot hatch? I’m pretty sure there’s something rattling around in there, specifically down the left side, but can’t figure out how to get it off.

I know right, with the hardware I’ve got I would have expected more like 500bhp based on what I’ve seen online. One of my friends did a stock run on the same dyno and got the same numbers as me when mine was stock. I’ve got a custom tune on my wish list but it’ll likely not be until next year...

Interesting, no we did 4 runs overall, at first I thought it might have been the new v1.2 of the BM3 MultiMap released in October so went back to v1.1 but that made no difference.
